The origins of Josh's interest in filmmaking began at an early age. On home video tapes he can be heard pleading to hold the camera, hoping to get a glimpse through the viewfinder to find a frame. Later on, his interest led him to take multiple video production courses in high school, and to then graduate from CSU Monterey Bay with a degree in Cinematic Arts & Technology.
Now, Josh is a multi-talented filmmaker specializing in post-production. A curious problem solver, he adores the act of tackling an issue head-on. Whether it's the puzzling specter of a scene that doesn't quite work, or a rare technical quirk of the program he's working in, Josh views problems as an opportunity to find a solution.
Josh uses his ability to craft a story as a way to reveal a unique manifestation of what is deep down a universal aspect of the human experience. Through his work, he aims to connect people of differing backgrounds in ways that they may otherwise not expect.
